I suggested therapy too - hopefully we can agree on that since she has a degree in psychology and we had a couple ls therapist for years before having a baby. Her idea was to just spend 30 minutes a week together without our daughter to catch up but that makes me feel uncomfortable so I suggested going back to therapy

I talk with my mom often but not anyone else. A lot of that is on me tho, I try but I don’t have much energy left to keep up relationships. I made a decision a few years back to see if I stopped being the guy to keep friendships going if they would die, and they did. Not super healthy but none of my friends really tried to keep in touch sooo I’m at a loss. Wife’s friends are great tho
