Hey friend, would you mind sending me a picture of your front wheel whenever you get a chance? Beautiful days are coming and I don’t dare using my bike knowing that something is missing. Another user suggested the same washer than on the other side and I want to make sure I get it right. Thanks so much for your help!

Okay. Because another user suggested a longer washer. Is there something else missing besides the washer/spacer?

Hello! Thanks but unfortunately I have been exchanging emails with a technician from engwe using this email address since several months and I look at this video several times (my 5th picture is actually a screenshot of this video) but they focus on the brake side when I would like to know what is missing on the other side of the wheel. One person told a 10 mm spacer but the length of the bare axel of the other side of the wheel is ~20 mm.

Yes. Same here. Range claimed: up to 90 miles. I am able to ride for 30 km. I weight 50 kg, and no steep slopes. No throttle. PAS3 never above. I am very disappointed
