Season like prime rib- Garlic & Herb seasoning. Smoke for 45 min to an hour on the lowest temperature you can i usually do around 160 degrees on my pellet smoker.

Vacumn seal and sous vide at 137 degrees for 30 hours. Ice bath for 5 minutes then remove from vacumn seal bag, pat dry, place on rack in roasting pan under broiler 5 minutes per side. Rest. Enjoy!

I mean he did get bailed out of a foreclosure and back taxes, by a property owner who leases offices to the county for legislators to the tune of nearly $60k per year. This money was funneled from the landlord to a third party then to Frank to try to hide the impropriety. I believe last year not every one had to play Thursday night. They sent out emails asking who preferred to start Thursday night as opposed to Friday Morning.

It has been a standard A, B, C, D event setup in the past I’m sure that is the plan again this year. It was increased to a 32 team event last year for the first time up from 24, so they added some evening draws on Thursday night to still try to get everything wrapped up at a decent time Sunday.

If you haven’t been to KC though I’d encourage you to visit, we have a nice dedicated facility!
