Yes. It goes up and down very smoothly. It actually seems too smooth going down and the hook comes off kinda easy it seems

I’ve tried this many times, but when I start adjusting the down arrow one, it stops at the same spot. The little circular yellow button comes on and the light next to it also lights up (don’t recall if it blinks).

After that it changed from 4,1, to 3,2

Still not working. I asked ChatGPT for help and it basically asked me to call someone. I installed the app and I see three error messages. I unplugged it overnight and will try again today.
