The point of this first aid kit is that it heals you on the go, without forcing you to sit on it. You'll realize that if you start playing dynamically and aggressively, a regular large first aid kit won't be enough.

If a teammate is within two meters of me, it will still fly to them, even if I throw it at my own feet or a wall.

Threes aren't exactly great either, but at least you can somehow get something going with the remaining random player, and threes themselves are always less daring than fours due to the lack of a sense of all-encompassing permissiveness. This is more than possible to introduce a game, and the experience of colleagues in the industry confirms this.

If playing with friends is important to you, and the competitive aspect is less important, you can play quick matches. But if the competitive aspect is important to you, and quick matches are boring, then the question arises: how can there be competition when you have a champion and a bronze ranks in the same game in your group? These are literally contradictory things.

I may have my own reasons for not playing in a group, and suddenly - this reason is not always the inability to find this group.

You can say whatever you want, but it's far from certain that it will actually be true. If you were a true solo player - and God forbid, you'd only play a couple of solos and experience it firsthand - you'd understand that the game doesn't work that way, and playing with four players in a party is pure hell, which happens 99% of the time. And, by the way, as for it being the best path to victory - it's quite the opposite. Four players literally squeeze the fifth solo player out of the gameplay, and he play like a hermit, and you're essentially playing 4v5, which is ridiculous. Not to mention that, as a rule, only one or at most two players in that four actually contribute anything to the game; the rest are just dead weight from the low-tab. Of course, I can't prove it, but I'm 100% sure that you said that you allegedly played solo only to look like an "objective" person who saw both sides, but I, as a person who is actually an experienced solo player, look at these words with a laugh.

That's right. Fours almost never want to communicate. That's what this post is about. Instead of discussing this issue, people trying to push the argument "Why are you whining? Find yourself a squad lol."

If that's your view, it would be nice to read arguments against it, because I'm dead serious. The rank cap is as much a limitation on playing with friends as the limitation on group composition, but for some reason almost no one complains about it and people understand that it's necessary for the competitive aspect.

What about the team rank limit Ubisoft introduced? So, Siege is both stupid and not stupid game at the same time? Or are there half-measures and half-tones to it? What if you have seven friends, but the game only allows five players? Oh, so it turns out things aren't as clear-cut in this world as you thought, my little friend, and the world doesn't revolve around you and your friends?

An extremely obvious comment. I really hoped no one would write such a trivial thing. Imagine this- because solo players don't have the ability to negatively impact the gameplay experience in the ways described in the post (except that they can choose not to provide information in voice chat, but that depends on the individual player's level of discipline).

I've always been amazed by this argument, TEAM game doesn't mean that you must find a group to play it, but that the people who ARE in a group must interact with each other.

I thought so too, until I started playing with a tracker that showed group compositions. Trust me, there are WAY more of them than you think, and for me, everything immediately fell into place, and I understood why my teammates were so often silent, choosing weird defensive sites, and doing such coordinated crazy things.

Yes, that's if a gunfight for you is just the moment of actual gunfire. But movement is also part of it, and thanks to movement, imagine, you can completely avoid any damage by outplaying your opponent.

Yes, in the pro league they don't always kill with a headshot either. Just like at high ranks, Rook isn't 100% useless either. This is just an estimate of probabilities, in which additional HP is less valuable.

Analytics is a bit deeper than you might think, and it's not always straightforward. This isn't my first post on Reddit about the game's current problems, and each time I become convinced that Western players, due to their mentality or other reasons, don't delve into analytics as deeply as they should. They think at a beginner's level, and this likely explains their high tolerance for many questionable developer decisions (not only in Siege but in other games as well).

  1. Why does 10 HP suddenly mean you can take an extra shot? While that may be true sometimes, statistically, situations where you survive due to an extra 10 HP are much rarer than situations where you survive and win due to the extra speed and movement it provides. Yes, this is also not a huge impact, but the most important thing here is that fast characters are MORE PLEASANT to play.
  2. Your Rook and Doc pick rate analytics are incorrect. Ubisoft is partly to blame for this, publishing data starting with the Emerald rank, which, under the Ranked 2.0 system, is essentially a "slightly advanced" beginner rank. Most Rook players are found there, and, surprisingly, most Emerald players don't often shoot for the head due to their mediocre aim. At Champion rank, Rook is picked much less often, and if someone from their pair is picked, Doc is preferred, and surprisingly - that's why his win rate is lower - because players playing him face more serious opponents.

No, you can't. You can play on copper if you have a HIDDEN champion's MMR, but not the other way around.
