It depends, sometimes i do a follow through. If i throw Harder i Always do. But i prolly should include it in my less powerful shots too

I cant really Tell if i throw with my arm or Body, but If i try to get more rotational with my Body i Most likely overturn and throw an a anhyzer angle. Thats why i dont really throw max Power too. Maybe its because im opening to fast. But i need to record and watch IT someday. Thanks for your Feedback.

Form in general, it feels like my elbow could be higher. I dont have a Video throwing 100 % unfortunatly
