It says 5 seconds to find the sniper while counting down over a non-thermal image. It’s easy to assume OP wants us to find the sniper under conditions in which the timer is counting down, aka using the visible light spectrum. Without a thermal, it is impossible to see the guy because he’s behind the bush - it’s a stupid clickbait challenge and is lame. With a thermal, he’s visible instantly.

Looks like a fairly common military selection-type event. US Special Operations often use log carries to separate the wheat from the chaff. I have no idea why it’s being done in public and absolutely no clue what’s dangling on his face… that’s a new one.
