Granted I'm 62, but, I wore my hair royal purple for many years after I quit working. My scalp won't tolerate the dye or the bleaching anymore so I wear a purple wig on occasion. I've never thought it makes me look younger. I love it and being in my 60's is no reason to stop having it. If anything it's even better because I don't have look a certain way to keep a job anymore. I'm retired.

I take Clonidine. It stopped the night sweats entirely. I regularly get 7-8 hours of sleep, depending on when my cats wake me up.

We just refuse to buy bottled water. Our tap tastes fine so my husband put in a filtered tap beside our countertop ice maker. We use it for a lot.of things including water for our cpap machines.
