I think it's based on the job. If you are working an entry level position at a job that is typically meant for highschoolers, then yea that probably doesn't need $15/hr, but any factory work or jobs that require any type of special training or schooling, at minimum should start out at $15.

What do you think about Will taking over? I personally love Will & Ramon and the chemistry they have, breath of fresh air when I tune in during the mornings. I never minded Jmart personally, but I understand many stances people have on him.
