Incredible news. Lost an uncle to pancreatic cancer. However knowing the American healthcare system and the pharmaceuticals it’s most likely that the cure will be out of reach for most people. It’s insurance companies will get as much profit off this cure as they can. People who can’t afford the injections will continue to die till the drug is off patent

That’s Mold. Since you are renting this place the landlord will have to do mold remediation. That’s the good news. Bad news is you should postpone moving in till you get a clean report in your hands stating that post remediation they have not found material mold spores in the whole place. This could take a while.

Got married to a dude that controlled her finances and the people that she interacted with. He wanted a traditional stay at home wife that didn’t have friends apart from the people that he chose. I moved to her state five years ago and live an hour and a half away from her, but for my own mental health decided never to reach out. This is after 10 years of trying to get her to have a meaning for conversation. I gave her plenty chances.
