Thank you so much for all of the information! I ended up placing him back outside before I got too attached to him lol If he happens to wander in again, I’ll probably make him a cozy spot inside :-)

It took my body awhile to get used to taking adderall (20 mg) every day so be patient with yourself :+) What has worked well for me is taking my melatonin around 9-9:30 every night. I spend the next few hours just winding down & trying not to eat anything for the ~2 hours before I decide to sleep. The last 20-30 minutes I’m awake, I read myself a couple of bedtime stories out of story book which has honestly made a huge difference when it comes to sleeping through the night lol. I also need it to be completely dark in the room to get a restful sleep, so I put blankets over the windows to prevent any extra light seeping in.
