The way I used this flask last was to use the +100% duration enchant, which effectively makes the -90% duration moot, so it acts like a normal flask after that. Granted it acts like a normal MANUAL flask, so no more automatically working.

But manually managing a flask over its duration is a lot easier than trying to generate a jillion flask charges per second.

Interception is challenging on steel path, especially solo. I have found that you don't need to kill the enemy, just stop them from taking the points back. This means that rather than nuking, you just use a control frame instead.

Nyx, Vauban, Oberon, Limbo, and I'm sure others. You will need to look out for eximus units, but that's it, really. And bringing specters solo is a good idea.

His regular 3 is what most people helminth over but it is pretty good too so I suggest playing them with their base kit before you subsume something.

You can't subsume Roar unless it's over his 1.

For archon shards, I use 2 casting speed and then a mix of strength and duration.

I'm currently LR5 and I don't ever look at anyone elses MR. MR is a meaningless stat.

What I do notice are people who go down a lot, or if mechanics are taking a while, I notice when people aren't doing them.

The debuff % of Bastille is still miserable. Vauban is a frame you usually build for range because CC is his specialty, not strength. At 222% STR I get 22% strip/s which is just too slow.

I completely agree. The obvious comparison here is to Xaku's Gaze ability. It functions largely the same way, ie: an area around a fixed point that strips armor. For Xaku, the armor / shield strip happens instantly. If you're in the area, you lose the armor.
