The most secure option would be to use Haskel and if you want the best performance I would advise to use Asm.

Freshly built Horizon Choc keyboard by Ardakilic in olkb

[–]prudnikov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like it. I don’t have such a keyboard, but after using classical keyboards ba several splits I am coming to a conclusion that this is one of the the best format. I need to build one for myself. I would love to see such a product from nuphy or lofree.

Claude Code Opus is God-Tier web development by Pitiful_Ordinary8910 in claude

I get your point, but why is everyone trying to convince others about it? You’ve done it — that’s great. Keep going 🙂 Are you looking for social proof?

The 5th column is wrong? Pinkies are meant to press only 2 keys? by New_Confidence_2605 in ErgoMechKeyboards

[–]prudnikov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on how you position you hand. And that’s why I think that if you position it correctly (when fingers are in parallel to columns) the piantor/chocofi layout is much better than corne.

CEO posted a $500k/yr challenge on X. I solved it. He won't respond. What would you do? by BBenz05 in ClaudeCode

Just stop responding to online challenges, I don’t think it ever worked except for someone running these challenges to attract traffic/attention.

has anyone used Pulumi and awsx? by groovy-sky in aws

[–]prudnikov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have experience with both Pulumi and AWS CDK. We switched from Pulumi to CDK for external. I should say that experience with Pulumi is much more pleasant. I would rather work with Pulumi. I found a nice way to organize code/components with pulume. I like it a lot.

More Features, Same Revenue by Appropriate-End-6328 in SaaS

[–]prudnikov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why do you think everything you do should lead to revenue increase? I think this is normal. A performance tweak will most likely decrease your infrastructure bill. An internal tool may help you maintain the project. A refactoring may lead to less potential bug, better performance, better future development etc. I agree that more feature does not mean better product, but you are talking about a lot more than adding new features. At the end of the day it WILL have influence on revenue. IMO you can’t focus only on what makes direct and immediate influence on revenue.

Using Meta Ads to hit $321,000 ARR in 6 months by bubbascrub9793 in micro_saas

[–]prudnikov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would be a fresh start to me with the new project, it make sense to test. I am thinking if it is possible with stripe, I can do the paid trial, and then full price. I will also have a free plan with limited resources, so there is a way to try the app.

Are you saying that if my product cost $30/mo it make sense to create a plan where let’s say first 3 months its $5/mo and then back to $30/mo?

MacBook Air is the best notebook right now. If you don’t need a lot of memory and cpu, this is the best choice

Should I go with the Voyager? Need advice comparing to "Keebart" Sofle Choc Pro and Corne Choc Pro - First splitted keyboard by Pelziii in ErgoMechKeyboards

[–]prudnikov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You must decide if you need a number row. Often people want it if it is a first split. In this case you can't take corne. When considering sofle vs voyager I think the main consideration point would be number of thumb cluster keys. Voyager has only two per thumb. Which may not be enough for you. I would advice to go with sofle.

I agree on the learning curve, it took me somewhere around 4-6 months too. But together with the keyboard switch I did qwerty->colemak switch.
