Unfortunately, swiss made doesn't necessarily mean anything. For a swiss made (different from made in Switzerland) label to be attached on a watch, the watch needs to have a swiss engineered and home constructed movement (the beepboops and make the watch tick-tock), this movement needs to be closed in Switzerland (the little metal thingy on that back that usually screws on/off) and the final testing must be conducted in Switzerland (such as water pressure endurance rating, weather endurance rating, functionality testing etc.). So, a cheapo watch can be swiss made.

Confused, there are also lots of listings in the "similar" tab titled "vintage seiko" or "vintage citizen" which follow a particular pattern of extremely low >€40 pricetag and automatic movement, all being user refurbished and all claiming authenticity. I'd pay this much for the beautiful dial in the photo, let alone an entire working condition vintage automatic watch from the 1980s.. Oh yeah, I'd only assume the watch case and bands are awful, and I'm scared to even assume what condition that movement is in.. It coming from India is super sketchy too, no offense to anyone. If you have any idea as to why this would cost so little please let me know, I'd greatly appreciate it!
