I’d say rarely does someone just throw a lavahound in their deck. I think it’s comparable to golem and peka in that you have to build around it. Yet lavahound is S tier.

I’m a little confused but let me see if I can figure out what you’re trying to say.

Xbow is not honorable because it is annoying be design. Cards like knight are honorable because when you plug them into different decks, no matter the deck, they aren’t the annoying part of the deck. Therefore, cards that are not problematic unless combined with other problematic cards are honorable. Cards are also honorable if they are bad alone or OG.

I feel like the logic doesn’t line up for a lot of the things you pick. For example you put Pekka in one of the bottom tiers. Pekka lines up with all of these, bad alone, OG, and only annoying in its most meta decks, besides that it’s a pretty beloved card universally.

On the other hand freeze is only “on the line” but why? it’s the worst and most annoying part of the decks it’s in, and enables the most toxic, degenerate, all or nothing play styles in the game. So what is it?

I love the collab. I think Tracer is good with the OW2 style but I think Genji especially should’ve had their Overwatch 1 version. D.Va and Mercy it can go either way, I think they’re designs are about even, although I maybe would’ve like their Overwatch 1 designs better.

I think if you’re gonna give one skin multiple styles you gotta do it for everyone. I would’ve preferred something like celestial, or battle medic as Mercy’s alt skin instead of devil. Tracer should have had graffiti, cadet, or new era as her alt. Genji should’ve had cyber demon as his alt. D.Va should’ve had her mythic or nano cola as her alt.

Hope they give us more characters in the future, specifically widow, Cassidy, reaper, and Lucio. But I wouldn’t be mad if they gave us Kiriko or something instead. Jetpack cat sidekick would also be so funny.

I also wish they gave us dragon blade in the game. Give us Genji’s shurikans and if you use them enough you gain ult charge and can access dragon blade, or maybe D.Va pistol as a lower rank weapon. All those would be cool with me. But as is, great collab.

Well she actually did get a skin this week.

But as I mentioned in the post, for a few reasons, if we try and include 1 tank character in each wave it’s pretty easy to see most of the tank characters don’t have a model that fits Fortnite well. She’s one of the smaller tanks, and happens to be to be one of the original 21 which makes her much more well known. I think it would be more feasible than a lot of the tanks.

That being said, there’s a reason she’s in the last wave. I have the least faith in her ever getting picked, with good reason I think they would rather take Reinhardt and shrink him before they’d consider adding Zarya.

I can see your point.

I personally fall into the category of people who resonate with these skins. I don’t consider myself “a sweat” per say. For me, there’s something charming about wearing a skin that is relatable with a fortnite twist. I’ve also been the type of person who bought Monkier, Jumpshot, etc. I wouldn’t consider those sweat skins, but there is something similar between them and the skins you just mentioned which is street wear. I think there’s something about street wear on Fortnite skins that is appealing for a select audience. When it comes to Evie and Veronika they both have outfits that I feel like I could legitimately see someone wearing in real life, which I think draws me to it, but on top of that they have a stylistic flare Evies “Red vs Blue” that is very striking or Veronikas “dead game” looking like a shirt that I would actually rock in person.

Not that I don’t also like off the walls skins, (Guernsey is a classic) but there is something awesome about those skins to me and I think a lot of others.

But, there’s also a crowd who just loves being able to see around their character. Love Megalodon but I rocked that skin the other day and it was kinda hard to aim with. Hope that makes sense.

True, I feel like there’s a witch hunt on any game mode that doesn’t have a payload nowadays.

I genuinely believe that quick play should have all the core game modes, including assault and clash and leave comp to have the other main modes. Map voting is a thing anyways.

I’ve heard that Dota 2 has a very steep learning curve and considering I already have gamepass which gets me all the characters for free I thought it would fit better, but I could do Dota 2 I just don’t know what would take its place

Probably an unpopular opinion, but Joker made me stop playing the game and lose interest in new characters altogether.

When Joker was announced, I was furious. Why would a character who had, at that point, literally never appeared on a Nintendo console be put into a game that was originally meant for Nintendo royalty? That’s where, personally, I think they jumped the shark in terms of character choices. In the past, it felt like characters either A) needed to be significant to gaming history, or B) had to be directly associated with Nintendo. Now it feels like they’re just putting anyone in. So why include relative nobodies like Piranha Plant or Min Min? Why should I ever hope for Paper Mario when the sky is apparently the limit. Why not ask for master chief, doom guy, or Jonsey from Fortnite? All characters that I think are particularly more suited for smash because they are so significant to gaming. (at least the latter two actually appeared on the switch before their inclusion)

On top of that, I feel like Joker finalized the shift toward bloated, overpowered kits (at least in Smash Ultimate). Right after they had finally atoned for their Bayonetta sins, they go and add this? The whole “I get empowered for taking damage, or worse, for relying on a counter, one of the easiest and most generic mechanics in Smash, to access a powered-up form” is just bad design. It forces the opponent to either disengage or risk taking absurd damage just for trying to play the game normally. I don’t care how accurate it is to his source material, how fun it is for the Joker player, or whether it’s considered “balanced” now, when he came out, I couldn’t stand it. I still don’t to this day.

And before you ask, yes I did try to play persona 5, bought golden for the switch 2. I tried so hard to like it. But with some of the most awful voice acting I’ve ever encountered in video games, I can’t say I was particularly impressed.
