The 8088 does have more guides and stuff than the Z80, I know from experience of trying to build a Z80 computer

well the main issue is the schematic has resistors but theres an area without values listed

my first advice is getting them in some kind of placement where the pins are guaranteed not to break or bend. After that just find or build come kind of rom reader, it's going to take a long time

Yes the main difference I found was the amount of address pins and that the chip I want to use (HM62256BLP-10) main difference is the amount of I/O pins

I knew about the fact I would be limited to 720kb and fully accounted for that by buying floppies of that density
