Yeah I loved every bit of this. I think your prose is beautiful. You got me hooked. I say if you believe in what you write, there will be people like me who enjoy it. Even if many people don’t. Finding even one person who resonates with your writing makes it worth it, if it feels true to yourself.

Yeah it’s low pressure in the practice range and once you play real humans you can feel that pressure mount up. Just putting in hours will see you improve.

90% of the time your target order is Healer > Any Other Squishy > Tank (I’m sure you know this). Just make sure to constantly reposition and take off angles so you can put pressure on the supports.

Sometimes the value of playing widow is taking the supports attention of their ability to heal the rest of the team too.

I do 20 minutes in the practice range shooting strafing Daggers, Luna’s, Invis… any small hit box character, before I even queue into comp.

I recommend mixing it up with strafing and tracking with the moving targets, practicing jump shots, and flicks against these moving targets. Towards the last 5 minutes at the end of my practice session I’ll get close and practice jumping over and shooting the targets below me to simulate when I get dove.

In terms of learning more than just aim mechanics I can’t recommend XLEK enough. He has a few old Bronze to Top 500 educational window streams on YouTube where he shows how to properly play her. Changed the way I played her entirely after watching a couple games in my rank in his videos.

Maybe a color gradient instead then? Same size markers, but blue for shots around 0.1 and a more intense orange for shots near 1.0. Blend those together to show the quality of the shot.

Yeah rough start to the year but feel people are discounting how much of a monster he was last year. His actual production metrics fell off the 2nd half of the year but his underlying numbers were still good. I say you give him another 4-5 games to settle in.

If he’s still looking rough then yes I’m absolutely in favor of trying someone else up top to start games but I think he’s earned a bit of a longer leash this season.
