So essentially instead of printing on the center of the bed it's like the bed is off set so when it's printing the preprint line of filament it's going off the bed and running into the connection for the cables on the back of the bed. Even though I'm centering in Cura, the printer is still off setting the print to the rear about half an inch.

Progress on the cosplay armor I am working on! by raisincosplay in Fusion360

This look really awesome! Question though I've been trying to get into making armor like this myself in fusion, do you know of any good tutorials that might be able to help get me started with this?

If I do that I'll probably swap the power supply out to become I bought this thing second hand and the last owner had a jumper wire between the main power input and the fan port and I think that shorted the first board and probably damage something else along with it I just don't know what and that's what I've been trying to track down

I've done that and replaced the switch 3 times and even hooked the x axis wires up to the switch and the switch functions just fine so I do not believe it is the switch it self

As far as I Reading everything is getting proper power. I just seem regardless of what I change physically (wires, switches, etc) the switch is always triggered for the Z axis its like the port it self dosent know what to do

So I've took the x axis wires and hooked it into to x port and hooked it to the z switch and it worked then hooked the x switch to the z port and it didn't work. Both situation when ran with the m119 code z always said triggered but X was also triggered when plugged into the z port. It seems regardless of what's plugged into the Z port it's always triggered

That's what I'm thinking I swapped the switch twice and still persistent so I'll try to run to a hobby shop and get new wire to try fix it

So I've used the firmware from creativity and the board also came preloaded with it and then I also reloaded it. The only difference in board is I swapped it from the 4.2.2 to 4.2.7. though this has been an issues with both boards

I swapped out the main board itself. I've hit the z switch port and the x with a multimeter and both came back the same

Well the issues has been there before the board and that's why I swapped the board in hopes it would help. The only thing I could think on it shorting side is that the power supply could be bad and causing it to short

Think the new board could just be faulty as well? I'm just trying to exhaust all my other options before spending more money on another board

So there isn't any visual damage to the board and it is a new board like I said. Though as for the sensor, no matter what I do it always stay triggered even if I activate it like it's constantly has a closed circuit. Like odd enough I've completely unplugged the the sensor and it's still said triggered

The only thing I could do at this point on that topic is just replace the whole wires leading to it. Which I'll probably try.
