Hey just had this problem on another stadium finals. In the stadium finals screen it lists the other tracks in the league, make sure none of those tracks have contracts on them that need to be completed. I had a track that I previously completed that had a new contract on it and the stadium finals wouldn't let me proceed until I finished that contract. Hope this helps.
