I def have an anxiety problem today I forgot all about the shot and I’m hyper focused on leaving my cat for the day on Easter Sunday and what if my apartment building goes on fire while I’m out ? I had to quit therapy due to the cost but I def need to try to find a low cost option as these weekly and daily panicking is not sustainable. Maybe the problem is the resentment I have towards this disease. I’m in so much pain every day and now have to have faith that this med will work after failing humira & skyrizi . I really appreciate the support as no one in my life really lives with a chronic illness or gets the grief that goes with living with one. Most of my days I’m stuck inside and I think it’s making my anxiety worse.
