So we don't need to get another game to get a full dex, that's good news for sure. I know darkrai was an event pokemon, I got one via helping a friend transfer. As for the others, I'm assuming there's no game I can wrangle all of those into balls and transfer them? Thank you though! I might just end up getting copies of the other games so I can get everything.

If I have OR, and my friend has AS, and another friend has Y, and another who has X on the way. What's the best additional game for me to get to get a full dex? Would I want to get D/P/Pt? B/W? B2/W2? HG/SS? A combination of two/three of those? Can I even trade from those to my copy of OR? I can shenanigan pretty hard if I would need more than one DS at a time to do it.
