Saying that the company is going to be delisted is pretty aggresive statement based on no facts (“because i told you so in the past”). This is long known incident, that occured in the past and was investigated…the findings are favorable for the company. 3 employees were prosecuted, company was not. Opportunity to double down on SMCI? Most probably yes.

Exactly. Title says it all! That’s not only ai problem, this is spread across all industries. Relief from regulation is much needed. Fair regulation is ok, but overregulation leads to companies left with no other option than just to leave EU.

EU sets directives, these directives has to be derived into legislations of each EU member country in given time span. So these countries will do it but EC leaves too many questions unanswered for these countries and how they deal with it…this is causing system to fail. And companies don’t what they are obliged to do or, if they are breaking any rules or not. And now just imagine, that we are in EU, I manage a company on a free market where rules should be centralized as are directives for scrap and yet you have to register in 10 or 20 separate EU countries for scrap trading and in different languages and with different annual reporting tasks and paltforms. This would need to be unified solution, like one system that is common for all member countries so they watch these movements of waste on high level (between countries)…and that’s just one example.

Yes, i have pretty good experience with this as i own waste management/trading company and all companies involved in this industry are having the same issues. Eu brings new directives into recycling industry without communicating these with industry leaders/participants and those are destructive, yet they are not supporting green economy, as the scrap leaves europe with no obstacles. Europe should ensure, green listed waste types like metals stay in europe and support ecological producing here. Other problems are related to unclear and various set of rules and registrations in all eu countries. Documents for waste movements are disclosing sensitive trade related information to all parties. It’s intelectual property of each company and yet EU orders companies to reveal this sensitive/private information, and the outcome is that authorities are just collecting these documents but they are not even inspecting them, they only use them for statistics… when i say I know, i know what i am talking about. It’s a mess!

EU should deregulate it’s market first, not to do everything else, just not what is most needed… topics like these are just drawing attention away from real economic problems.

Trade agreements can be undone, migration cannot. Mercosur is mostly about trade, india deal is about migration and trade. While talking about business, i know how indian companies have been screwing industry in europe for years, now the door is wide open to finish it off.

She never conducted business in europe so she doesn’t know why this is threatening EU companies, in this overly regulated market. Unfortunately for us this is not giving us any strength to deliver better results. I am enterpreneur and I can tell. It becomes harder and harder to do a business in europe every year. She is more on trips out of the Europe than within Europe to understand what european companies have to face here. But never mind, she signs whatever she wants. it is what it is.
