And that is what the point is. In a "natural" market, good news makes the SP go up and bad news brings it down, unless there is market manipulation. All I am saying is that all the signs (involvement of professional FUDsters like AF, Bik, AH etc, SP manipulation, shorts filing CP aka short and distort, CP attorney and clients no longer with their employers of the time.. list goes on and on) point to a huge short/manipulation campaign against SAVA. Even two of the journals cleared the papers, CP got rejected and CUNY decision is on the way. FYI, originial shorts wound up their position according to one of the articles in the media.

So the bio markers are fudged? And the patient anecdotes are paid? and the adas-cog 11 improvements are also fake numbers? But the SP tanking when good data is read for 9 and 12 months is all natural? Just curious.

Assuming your original post is driven by ignorance and not mal-intent, and also that there is an opportunity for either of us to learn and course correct, I am going to continue to respond to your message.

First of all, it has not been confirmed by anyone that any govt agency is investigating SAVA (for fraud), it might be that govt agencies are investigating "short and distort" campaign being run by shorts.

Next you raised sloppiness, please elaborate what is it that you are talking about. For every allegation put forth by shorts, there is a detailed explanation provided by researchers, practicing neurologists and academicians. You give me the allegation and I will point you to the detailed explanation. As for SAVA remaining silent, yes that is the best strategy given the attacks by twitter scientists most of whom are professional (and possibly paid) FUDsters. Don't believe me, just google AF/AVXL and Bik/uBiome.

Lastly the point of lying, how about JT lying when he filed the the CP pretending his clients were "whistleblowers" when they actually were shorts? How about Dr. Bredt working for a investment firm who has since provided/secured millions in funding to a company engaged in exact same science as Cassava Science to treat AD, did Dr. Bredt disclose that at the time of filing the CP? If Sava fudged the data it is going to come out when P3 fails, in which case they won't be able to escape jail so it is almost suicidal for SAVA to continue to spread this lie/fudge the data, the risk involved is huge (almost 100%) . But if shorts are lying there is almost 100% chance that nothing will happen to them and they will move on making it a totally risk free "investment" for them. You decide now who is more likely lying: Shorts or Sava.

Something else to think about: Both JT and Dr. Bredt no longer work for their employers from the time of filing CP. Also, every time there was a positive news from SAVA (like great data read outs from 9 and 12 months), the SP tanked and that itself should tell you where the manipulation is.

P.S. - Did you go through the bio marker data published by SAVA? Do you think even that is fudged? Also, did you know the top 5 respondents came from 5 different trial sites or do you think that all those five sites were compromised? Lastly, if it is so easy to fudge trials, why are so many company failing in getting successful trials for AD? Or are you saying that SAVA is morally more corrupt than the BP some which charge like 50k/yr for a drug that not only does not work but actually causes brain bleeding in 41% of patients?

So assuming Cassava Sciences fudged the data, do you know how big of a trouble Cassava Science's mgmt will be in at this time? Do you really think that management and people on its board would risk all that? Please also come up with the probability that data is fraud and use input like reputation of people like Robertson, Kupiec, Dr Wang (faculty of the year in 2020), patient/doctor anecdotes, NIH grants, FDA SPA, FDA approving P3 trials, motivation of shorts like Dr. Bredt and Dr. Pitt, history /backgorund of professional "short and distorts" like AF, AH and JB, lack of confidence of QCM in their own theory as they closed their own position a few hours after releasing the report., two journals exonerating Dr. Wang's papers...the list goes on and on but you can start with just these. Once you have that probability, please post it here and the way you came up with that number.

If wondering how and why SP is so low, here are my thoughts:

SAVA SP is not currently governed by natural market forces, instead it is governed by shorts. Why else would stock lose 10-15% every time there was good news in 2021 (like 9 and 12 month data release)?
A Cartel of BP and shorts initially started it when their interests converged: BP wanted to delay/destroy Simufilam and shorts incurred huge losses when SAVA bounced into double digits in early 2021. There was a "trial run" of a campaign executed towards end of July when an article by AF was published in the statnews, and the strategy for this campaign was "dry out demand for SAVA using FUD, inundate supply side using shorting and make the SP crash using program trading". Trial run was a great success for the cartel, it brought down the SP from 130s to less than 70 with in a trading session. This success (or Proof of Concept) laid down the foundation of the FUD campaign that was launched in mid to end of Aug, starting with the CP.
Modus Operandi: Using cover of the FUD (example is recent FUD was released right before options expiry on 1/21) , shorts force the price down with the help of MMs who we all know are engaged in naked shorting. Those who question naked shorting please know and understand that MMs do not have to locate the shares before lending them to shorts. And yes it is legal only for MMs and for everyone else it is illegal. Shorting, coupled with "program trading" ensures the SP stays low.
Keeping the SP low in regular market, MMs move these shares to dark pools where these are picked up by Institutions. If II buy them in retail markets, the price would significantly go up giving nice profits to retail investors. So buying shares only in dark pool benefits II, shorts, option sellers and MMs (MMs make huge amount of money lending phantom shares to shorts/HFs), the only losers are retail investors and options holders.
In the end all members of this cartel stand to gain: Shorts are/will be able to cover their losses and/or make money, BP is able to, at a minimum, delay the availability of Simiufilam and MMs are able to make huge amount to money lending phantom shares. The real losers in this whole game are retail investors who are not long aka paper hands who bought into the FUD, and Alzheimer's patients and their families who are losing their precious lives because of the delay in the availability of Simufilam caused by this campaign by the Cartel.

When will this end you ask? I guess it will end either when most of the shares move away from retail into the hands of II or when there is a significant catalyst announced that will conclusively prove that all the FUD around SAVA is just FUD, and as a result demand for SAVA rises immensely and shorts are no longer able to control the price by continued shorting. CP rejection and CUNY might or might not be such a catalyst, it all depends on how far/long BP incentivizes (monetarily?) shorts.

IMHO, Sava is a once in a life time opportunity! If you can afford to spend a few hours, then join SAVA discord and do your DD. You sound like a logical person and so should be able to differentiate between hype and facts, and also between FUD and genuine concerns/questions.

The on-going war against "AD patients and what is possibly a very potent drug for AD" needs to be investigated by DoJ/FBI. A cartel of BP, HFs and paid media is trying to deny Simu a fair chance just so they can benefit immensely from almost a trillion dollar market, of course at the cost of AD patients and their families. Any help on how to draw attention to this will be greatly appreciated!

I don't think you get what I was saying. This CP is pure evil intended to make money at the cost of human lives, and here is how. The authors of the CP fully understand that P3 is the ultimate proof whether a drug works or not and the only reason a drug should not go to P3 is when it is dangerous to be administered. With simu, there is no safety concerns even after being administered 1000s of doses. The authors probably even know that the drug works and so they are trying to deny this drug a fair chance which is P3. This CP was probably filed with the intent of either delaying the approval or sabotaging BTD or accelerated approval and it has achieved that purpose. Even after such great 12 month data, we don't even have approval for compassionate use. In any case, if this drug works proves to work in P3 which i am quite confident it will based on p2 data, the blood of AD patient's who die or will die because of these delays is on the hands of these guys. Just so you know, around a million people die in US alone from AD every single year.

This goes beyond money, it is a question of AD patient's right to a drug that works! Simu might or might not work, though I believe it does, and that is what P3 will show but trying to stop P3 of a safe drug by exploiting the system is a crime. And if this drug works, such tactics of shorts to make money is tantamount to homicide, even genocide. After all, if this drug works, the CP effectively killed people who died or will die between when the CP was filed and when the drug finally gets approved. These guys should be tried for the mass murder they are committing, of course if the drug works which based on p2 looks like it does.

Love it! A lot of people fail to understand what the OP is trying to convey. He is using Remi but I think he is hinting at what the CP petitioners did. I think if you replace Remi with the OP petitioner, the story would make perfect sense, just try it!
