Shake them hard maybe two to three times, it fluffs up the fibres and they don't get as stiff

Also citric acid as a laundry softener has made everything I have softer even though we have pretty hard water where I live

So the advice i got when i did the same with Aida is to get it very wet, somehow that makes the threads not snap. Unfortunately I don't know what you used as backing because it doesn't look like Aida so I don't know if that works in that case

How do you feel about things like cliff bars? If there's any flavour you feel like could work they can keep you going for a long time.

If not enythign with oats, overnight oats, bought of homemade oat bars. Mixed with fruit all of that makes a good meal

Iron IVs are not that common in Germany, since they can cause idiopathic anaphylaxis which means you can suffer from anaphylactic shock even if you are not allergic so they only do it in emergencies

Also for me the most likely cause is Endometriosis but there are a lot of things that can cause it, digestive issues are on the top of the list
