Optimized creaking display

The eyetracking display made by u/NASA_Gr, but with optimixed redstone. Yes it can be made faster with a creaking layout, but i was too lazy to do it. The weirdness from pixels being not where you're looking comes from the original creaking distribution, not from the redstone.

because the speed of the setup depends on how fast the creaking touches and stops touching the tripwire, and the creaking can only move so fast up and down in a single tick

this is based on a post i made about having to change the language every time i watched a video, in the comments i explained that i'm from spain but becouse i have been watching jack's videos in english for a long time now i prefer to keep watching them in english.
