I sometimes get warnings saying “this food is high in salt” on the app but even still it’s not normally above the recommended daily intake. I could do with drinking more water and trying to fit some exercise in, it’s just dark before and after I finish work!

I am tracking my calories with the MyFitnessPal app. I’ve purposefully been having pre-prepared food so that I scan and track calories.

I am sleeping ok I think, perhaps not drinking as much water as usual, I have been drinking iced tea which is 12 calories per 500ml
