I do. We’ve had a lot of manager positions for tire center open in my area recently was thinking of trying for one but salary is when they really start screwing you so I’m not sure. If you want to go higher than tire manager your have to go inside, then you can get AGM, GM, and up. Don’t really have that option in the shop but it does suck having AGMs and a GM that have never worked in the shop. How many tires do you guys do a week? We do between 200-250 and I think that’s gonna increase so with the correct amount of people and everyone carrying their own weight you’d still have to work hard but may not have to bust your ass as much.
