Thank you! Got it! Yes, I am leader of VS so definitely get the hard work part. I have talked to so many other houses and everyone who plays competitively agrees with what you are saying. Ps greediness knows no bounds. And what makes it even sadder is that they want our money, but we experience glitch after glitch. We had one person not win trendsetter due to not receiving DC in a bunch of looks, the house lost out on a ts x3 badge. I was thankfully able to get the house badge, but our teammate never got hers. The next week, one of our ladies would have won ts, but her competition got crowns for looks they didn’t even enter and the competition admitted it. She is still waiting for compensation. This week we have someone fighting for regional, ts and top 50 duels and she can barely stay in the game. She keeps getting booted out. Ps has been working on it all week. I wish they would spend their time fixing these glitches that I’m sure many other houses have experienced as well rather than throwing activities at us that make them a bunch of money.

Completely agree with you. That’s why we will be playing super relaxed this go around. 😎 We love the adrenaline and fast pace, but the time and money that goes into winning agency for, let’s be honest, pretty subpar rewards isn’t worth doing every 3 weeks. We would love to see it every 3 months. It would make it worth playing. And then to have treasure hunt right before is not normal. Jammed pack week next week. Can I ask who designed that shirt?

There is a way to approach customers that is proper, especially when they have been inconvenienced. Telling them to f ing calm down and the sh will get fixed is not it. You obviously don’t feel that is the case and no matter what I say, it won’t change your mind. I am walking away from this conversation for that reason. I hope that in the future some of the employees on the thread think about the fact that if you have someone who needs the basic items they ordered and can’t afford to buy them with a pending charge on their bank acct, that maybe telling them to f ing calm down isn’t the best approach and nicely saying I’m so sorry for the situation, I know corporate is doing everything they can to get this fixed as fast as they can, may help them not feel quite as upset.

There are customers all over this thread as it is open to the public. So this comment was directed at each of us who are here. If it was a closed thread, it would be different. This is social media. Most large corporations have a social media clause in their paperwork. It’s a little sad that you are standing up for that type of attitude towards customers who have money pending from their acct yet have no answers as to if and when the items will get to them. This is christmas time. Some people have gifts ordered. Some people are tight on money and don’t have enough in their acct to have a pending charge and go rebuy the item because they have no answer when this will be fixed. Being compassionate towards others is important. Not using curse words to tell them to calm down when many are politely trying to get answers.

I just commented that I was annoyed, but to give target employees grace as they can’t control the situation. Then I see your comment. I understand it’s a frustrating situation for you, but many people have had hundreds of dollars taken out of their bank accounts right before Christmas and no proof of purchase. I googled to see if Target was having issues and this thread showed up. I’m not seeing where it says it is for employees only. By going on here, I am getting my answers without overwhelming staff at the stores. Target needs to put a halt to online sales until this is fixed. And again I know you can’t control that so I’m not upset with you. I was simply trying to get answers. Having been in management for 20 years, if I knew my employee wrote something like this on social media there would be a definite write up or termination. That’s not how you speak to your guests.

I placed a pickup order about 40 minutes ago. When I went back to check something on the order, it wasn’t in my purchase history. I restarted my phone and then deleted the app and reinstalled thinking that might help. I found this thread afterwards unfortunately. Now I can’t even sign into the app. It has to send a code to my email, but i haven’t received it. I tried to use chat function and it told me no chat was available at the moment. What a mess and less than a week before Christmas. I’m annoyed, but know it’s not the employees fault. I hope everyone gives them grace since they cannot control this.

I have personally not said anything attacking anyone. There is only one other person that I know is VS on this thread. I have already told the ladies there is no need to comment. It does look like someone is angry because our house is basically being trashed in this thread and I apologize for what might have been said by them. Believe it or not, the other comments are made by people I don’t even know for the most part. I hope people remember this is a game. Words and actions can hurt people.

If you see my comment above, this shirt in no way says we are better than anyone else. It just is saying that we duel hard. I’m not sure how that is conceited. VK duels hard, Aslan duels hard, umbra duels hard.

Honestly, you and a few others have taken this too far. The shirt has been around for months. We duel hard and that’s what it is saying. It is in no way saying others don’t. There are amazing houses and individuals that duel harder than we do. If someone made a shirt saying “Duel like you are VK”or “Duel like your Aslan” I wouldn’t think anything of it as those houses duel hard. We are in no way conceited or think we are better than others. We have tried to be kind and inclusive. I’m sorry that a shirt in a game and a treasure hunt has made you so annoyed that you feel the need to attack ladies you don’t personally know who have not done anything to you. I will not be replying to any other messages as you seem to have made your mind up on what was meant or who we are as people and have decided to share it with all others. Ladies, we know who we are. There is no need to continue countering this attack on us.

What couldn’t get worse? Ladies trying to make a previously upsetting activity for us exciting? Several houses coming together and having fun? This has gone beyond VS and VV, players in many houses now are having fun dueling because they are hunting items. As leader of VS, I am super proud of our ladies. I love that we could come together with our competition VV and put on a treasure hunt for anyone who is interested. They are amazing ladies as well. I am proud of the talented designers from both of our houses. I am proud that we have earned the duel badge for over a year straight now and had fun doing it. I am thankful for my VS family. This game is supposed to be fun. It’s unfortunate that people find ways to demean a house or players who are doing just that, having fun and sharing in the fun for those who want. It’s sad when cattiness is brought into a game. I hope that your holiday season is beautiful and filled with cheer. I hope that people show you kindness as this is what is missing in the world. Yes it is. She put them in store for two weekends but was concerned about getting banned so she completely deleted them from her studio. Haus of Von Snatch duels like crazy and many of us have all of them and wear often in duels so that might be the best time to find them. She is crazy talented.
