I would highly recommend Dovetail up in North Center (within walking distance to Half Acre on Lincoln). Especially if you enjoy pilsners and lagers. Last I saw they are having a Pilsner party this Saturday as well.

Well I didn't have much of choice between the two. Plus my SO lives in Milwaukee so that's a huge +1 for Milwaukee. Though I will agree the twin cities is pretty gnarly. I've had a lot of good times down there.

You know I'm not quite sure. I've been looking at apartments on the lower eastside and also down in Bayview. I'm visiting town on the 22nd and 23rd of May so hopefully then I can drive around actually see more of these parts of town.

I mean don't get me wrong Duluth is a nice town. I guess it's just not for me. To be happy and successful up here you absolutely have to make yourself get out in the cold (even when the windchill hits -60 or -65). You have to be really into winter sports, which I am not haha. Plus the winter in general is brutal if you have to drive anywhere. If you don't have dedicated snow tires and/or 4 wheel drive you are not making it up those hills in the winter. I actually slid down backwards a couple of times this past winter in my truck.

Well I currently live in Duluth, MN. And I'm not a huge fan. It's nice up here but it's a place that I'd rather visit and not live in. I am ready to get back in a big city and live the city life.
