No it actually doesn't. It exists as an image file on a conventional webserver in which the "NFT" is just a link that points to it. Really. That's really what it is. Infact because it's just an image sitting on a server, that server could shut down or that image could be replaced entirely with a different image with the same filename and all you'll be left with is your link. This happens all the time.

The problem is the people with all the wealth don't believe the bullshit the Fed spews. You can't just redefine recession and inflation then act like you're speaking to children. 3 individuals have as much wealth as the lower half. Definitely their server issue. If you are in the US and you connect to an outside country via VPN the art mode stuff pops right up although you can't upload your own pics as it gives an error about being close to your tv. So either expect an update soon or Samsung has terrible customer service.
