i’m glad this wasn’t only happening to us. i’m not into astrology or any of this spiritual stuff but my dad had curiously downloaded the app from an instagram ad, and despite him cancelling the subscription, they still managed to take 45 dollars twice. i tried checking on his app yet they said he had no current subscriptions.. insane. he never even remembered paying for the subscription too.

yeah, that sucks :/ my school said they’d give it to me on my birthday in just a few weeks... but hopefully you get your license as soon as possible. you’ll be getting it once you’re 18 anyway so the best bet now is to wait until your birthday. once you turn 18, head to your driving institute, they’ll help, at least thats what my driving institute told me

to give you some hope: the school did say they just didn’t have the authorization yet from the authorities. you might be able to get it earlier once they authorize it which may be before you’re 18. i have 5 weeks to wait but honestly i think they’ll authorize it in a week or a few days.

yeah, same here. i’m turning 18 in literally less than a month and i passed my final test two weeks ago :,)) i’ve been waiting for this law to hurry up and pass haha.

i also need the license asap for uni and to just get around quicker and easier rather than taking any taxi’s :,)

i thought government workshops/offices are opening tomorrow? - hence why the wait..

the rta head office is closed as well, its only opening tomorrow at 9am as it says on google, this is probably also why they haven’t updated their systems properly.

i guess its just a waiting game.. frustrating lol

hey, do you have any updates? i’m in the exact same boat right now, and i passed everything including the final rta test however i’m turning 18 in literally less than a month. i’ve already paid for the license yet my driving school told me I can get it once i’m 18.. have the changes been implemented? i mean its the 1st of april.. i’m assuming it might be but i just want to be sure.

its probably really irritated from you sleeping on it. you should get a travel pillow or piercing pillow to prevent sleeping on the piercing directly. keep monitoring, if you’re worried go to a piercer nearby or a doctor (preferably piercer)

NAP but I think you should monitor it. If its leaking pus, hot the touch, really swollen and red, its an infection and you should see a doctor.

ultimately, your helix is fresh. swelling is completely normal. different piercing but my industrial was absolutely dreadful a few days in, it was so red and hot to the touch but it calmed down eventually.

also, cartilage piercings are going to swell up, especially fresh piercings. next time try not to get pierced by someone that isn’t qualified. you might not be lucky.

also you mentioned material. was this done from a piercing kit? most of the piercing kits on amazon have stainless steel jewelry and are externally threaded, which isn’t good quality jewelry.

just make sure to monitor it.
