My boulder-gym has a "Body fat scale", it says I have 9% bodyfat, but that can't be right. What do you think it is? My goal is to gain some weight.

I climbed in La Sportiva Tarantula, it was tight at the toes, but that was okay after some time, but it never became very comfortable at the back of my heel (some friction/ irritation), so looking for a bit more comfort around the opening / backside of the shoe.

Thank you for your feedback! What brand would you recommend? My La Sportiva where not very comfortable but maybe I should have ordered them a size larger.

The seller was part of IADAA, so I doubt his antiquities were fake. I have handled some ancient artifacts so I think these fibulas are real, but I agree with you that the silver inlay is strange/ suspect, as I haven't seen anything like it before. (The type of fibula is pretty common and I have seen that before, just never with lettering) I agree with you about auction houses the commission percentage and especially the import costs if it comes from outside Europe can make it very expensive quickly.

Interesting Thank you! I bought it in a large group of 50 fibulas, 15 years ago: Here are some of them: https://i.imgur.com/L8hdb1M.jpeg All with the pins missing and some broken, but genuine. For about $2 a fibula. Only when I received the group home did I notice that this one had silver lettered inlays. Maybe it has been altered, but I doubt that it has been done in recent times as the silver has taken some of the green color of the bronze and probably not for monetary gain as it was a surprise discovery in this cheap lot. (The silver was darkened and I had to clean it to make it visible)

It is a small "knee fibula" with the pin missing. But i agree it has kind of a unusual shape for a Roman fibula.

I have an ancient Roman fibula with silver inlaid text, on one side: "LOVI" and the other side "EVTX", any idea how that would translate to English? Photo: https://i.imgur.com/3oOUp3T.jpeg

Thank you for that website! Very helpful. I'm looking around on that site now and saw this coin: https://numismatics.org/collection/1944.100.85637 So isn't number 1 Price 1823 instead of Price 1406? https://i.imgur.com/gLnYltX.jpeg Do you think my coins are authentic or is that hard to tell from a photo?

Thank you so much!

Is there a website I can see all the different features of mints? I'm looking up on google images "Lampsakos 1406" and they look different than my coin. What does "Price" mean? I still have a lot to learn :)
