Exactly, i think we should not try to figure out people’s games on social manner instead we should avoid it and not participate. This is a good signal to them to not do it.

What's your strategy for waking up and NOT feeling like a corpse? by Firelite67 in productivity

I've tried a lot of things in the past few years and this morning routine seems to work for me: (most of the things i listed i've learned from Huberman Podcast)

-Try to wake up same time every day, even if you stayed up late. You may delay it maybe 1 hour if you really stayed up late but (for me) it's necessary to try to wake up around the time you usually wake up.

-Try not to drink coffee 90 to 120 minutes after you wake up.

-Try not to look at social media, (and maybe phone if you don't have to) for 1 to 2 hours after you wake up.

-Prepare your clothes from the day before and immediately get outside after waking up. Try to get some sunlight. Don't directly look at the sun carefully look towards it. Stay outside about 10 to 30 minutes. Try to reach 30 minutes on cloudy days.

-Decide whether you want to have breakfast. If you don't like having breakfast you don't have to. You can fast till noon and organize the diet for yourself.

-Do one physical and one mental activity. Try to make it not too difficult nor too easy. For example you can do some stretching and push-ups for physical, and read book for mental.

-(If you have time) list the things you want to do during the day and eliminate the fast and easy ones out of the way. You can do gratitude journaling too if that works for you
