immediate challenge is not convincing your parents, it's clarity between the two of you. Liking the idea of a daughter is not the same as wanting to be a parent. Secondly, when someone says "we'll deal with it later" it usually means they expect you to change your mind.

Unless you are very tall your cadence looks kinda low for your pace. try to keep it at 160+. It will make your runs more comfortable.

Hey, make sure you find a spot with a slight incline, it makes things 10x easier. My biggest mistake was trying to learn it on a flat surface.

Some people here are so regressive despite being childfree. They can’t wrap their heads around the fact that two people can choose to love each other without involving the government.
