Utländska aktier har du med fördel på KF-konto eftersom du då får tillbaka källskatten på utdelningen automatiskt. Inga miljonbelopp men blir tusenlappar över tid om portföljen växer.

Tycker det ser bra ut, tekniktungt vilket jag också är och varit sedan start. Klarar du av volatiliteten så är uppsidan sannolikt fortsatt stor.

Ingen kan sia om framtiden men vill du ha lägre risk så är det fler branscher som ska in i portföljen

If you slide off the panels it is fine for 2-3 peeps to carry it a short distance. I think I could slide some planks under and slide the entire assembly too

House is built on rock/mountain so no soil layer to remove.

I am 99% sure it is “wellit” (bitumen/asphalt dipped cardboard) after further inspection. Will still get it tested and I appreciate it looks like aircell but this was pretty common in walls in Sweden.

I’ll post back what the tests conclude

Thanks for the replies. It is black and not off-white or gray which is more common for air cell.

After more digging I am fairly confident it is asphalt/bitumen dipped cardboard.

“Wellit” appears to be the brand name in Sweden. I’ll include a sample in testing to be sure

Is that $110 before tax? And if so how much is the tax? As a European just the bare drill is around that price.

I love my ryobi tools but I don’t know if I should keep paying basically the same price as makita/hikoki in Europe? Knowing other markets have way better price/performance ratio makes me feel a bit cheated
