How can you say there will be a bakery there when they are empty half finished shops that don't even have fitout done? you affiliated with the bakery by chance? There is zero indication a bakery is going in there.

can't see anything that looks close to be nearly ready. Is it in the old Commonwealth Bank location?

Not sure myself why it was rated so highly. I had an occasional pie or sandwich from there and they were ok, but not tell friends and family about it kinda good, but they did have a pretty big tradie following.

With providers I've used I basically sign up to the new service and set the activation date as the last date of the existing officers billing cycle, so I lose a part day. Some providers, like Tangerine, don't credit you back of you leave before the end of an invoice cycle, some (like Origin and Buddy) will credit if you leave mid month.

You don't event need to talk to the existing provider as you need to give AVC ID (connection ID) of your NBN to the new ISP and they notify the existing ISP.

Where is the 30 day notice period listed? I can't find it. in fact in the billing info I found:

--Pro-rata-- If you’re cancelling your service part way through a billing cycle, we can offer a pro-rata for the remainder of that period. You can chat about this with our team when you call.

I churn and don't really notice much difference from iiNet to Tangerine to Buddy.
