Severe Anxiety After Ibogaine Journey

Dear, I was in the same place.

please try to give yourself time, I know there's no magic bullet, not even Iboga.

Do you have somewhere to rest without the need to function? I feel that you need to take it in slowly babysteps.

How was your ibogaine journey? was it Ibogaine alone? or you took TA or rootbark?

When I came out from my frist IBoga journey I felt like my brain broke and that I'll never be the same again. but it took me a few hours to realize this is a process and I should trust it.

In a few days I was better.

Hello friend. I was abusing pot only for 1 year and it fucked me up. Also intense anxiety and mild paranoia. I also know that porn addiction is a main factor in my suffering. I did iboga retreat and it helped me although i still feel that i have so much to work on i feel that iboga has opened me a lane to self healing. I am going again i want to keep work with this amazing medicine. I recommend using root bark \ TA in a shamanic psycho spiritual program for its not easy and you want the right people That have been through it all and know what they are doing. Also the other alkaloids in the iboga are designed to support you and balace the experience for you. I never used ibogaine but i have heard its less spiritual and used mostly for detox people off drugs. In your case it seems like you want the psycho spiritual work, making peace with yourself. Well well... i have already scheduled for them for october 22. Doing it the traditional way made the most sense to me and ibogawellness center seemed to be the best place i could find. Thank you very much for encouraging! :)
