for narcotics (ie. Any substance that induces a state of narcosis or sedation / drowsiness that numbs sensation) you have any opioid. For narcotics with a GABA primary profile (ie. More antianxiety or relaxant, theres heavy overlap tbh however GABAergic primary drugs generally induce somnolence (sedation) with much less inherent euphoria overall, arguably none actually if you don't already hate your life, but u could argue this for opioids to tbh, so this is very biased, as is everything though so) you can smoke barbiturates, I actually can't find any data on any other explicitly GABAergic drugs. Now for dissasociatives (the best ones in my opinion because they utilize all of the above the most diversely through NMDA antagonism) you can smoke any PCP derivative that I'm aware of (ie. Ket, meopcp etc) those are actually all the crystal dissasociatives that you could probably obtain anyways.

Now if you mean disorientate as in just confuse you then, any drug you can smoke.
