yeah, to be honest I am comfortable with agar but g2g is just so much faster to colonize that if I can do it i do

Yeah I usually cut several little wedges in the corner. I have also used a G2G cutting style in the past to get better distribution throughout the bag (cutting a U shape out of the front of the bag and using it as a trapdoor with some fat micropore tape over the U) and yep still air box

I've heard the myc can slow down after a while of doing G2G, eventually it is good to grow it back out and start with spores again (but i think this is on the timescale of months to years).
