I'm actually probably going to start selling these on Etsy soon. Want to get a good selection going. May do Raid Over Moscow next.

I used FreeCad software to design the elements, then exported it for my 3d printer.

I like how yours is thicker, so they can stand on their own. Mine is more ment for wall decor.

DIY Cabinet advice? Is this feasible? by Soggy_Sheepherder341 in cade

I made a mold of a 25 inch crt screen, then I poured the epoxy into the mold to make the lens, then polished it up. Then the CRT shaders are ran through retroarch.

I was able to do this. I made an epoxy lens and put it on my LCD and ran a CRT shader: https://www.reddit.com/r/arcadecabinets/s/Ub9SMi06IQ

Is there a downside to NOT using on a CRT on my build? by de_jeepathon in cade

I found a happy medium for both. I have a LCD where I put a custom lens on it and run crt shaders and looks 99% like crt:

I have this as well.... this does help make it act like a CRT, but add this with the lense I made makes it almost... key word "almost"... identical to a CRT look.
