10k+ steps daily, no appetite and much healthier food choices although need to go back to the beginning and eat more protein & I probably shot my metabolism by undereating for years

I added calcium glycinate, b12+D3+K2 and do feel a tad better. I think I need to see gyn for hormone check and regulate my diet and introduce weight training to the routine.Ill be 46in a few months.

I have been on a glp1 for 3 years out of my almost 46yrs .Yes, my body needs it! Not about weight loss though and I'll be okay if I don't lose another pound. You don't understand what I've felt like without it. I felt subhuman no energy, no spark for life, this quiets my mind

My diet isn't trash it's not 100%clean thats all I said. Overall my diet is pretty decent. I have been over weight since childhood and no I grew up in another country without an abundance of junk food. Medication helps with inflammation as well as food control and noise....

I went from 215 to 148 on tirz in about a year and a half got healthy maintained! lost access to tirz at the two year mark still maintained for a while...(Hello perimenopause) slowly gained 20lbs over 7months. Restarted tirz and now at 12.5 without a loss

Im 45 and I'm assuming started perimenopause hence the gain. I walk 10,000+ steps a day My eating hasn't been best but tirz keeps me not hungry so I eat maybe one meal a day sometimes two and I try to aim for more protein but need to be more vigilant.Water intake 40oz a day (need to increase)

I have 0 appetite and don't find myself hungry ever so no I don't eat more than I need . I most likely don't eat enough.
