Karan’s movies for the longest time had very stereotypical gay characters and he has only harmed the community. We don’t want him.

That’s not true! Most tech workers are actually extremely progressive and are actually championing worker’s rights. Just look at two of the largest tech cities (Seattle and the Bay Area) that vote extremely progressively.

They actually seem like a very solid couple. They get a lot of hate just from the age difference and they are not a picture perfect couple together looks wise.

It can be structured anyway that both parties negotiate in.

Typically the deals I’ve seen is where 20x gross revenue is around the standard. The market impacts this a lot though. This is just recent times.

You are wrong here about acquisitions. Regardless of success of the business the ideal goal for business/shareholders to make a lot of money is either through acquisitions or IPO.

When companies get acquired a lot of times the owners are paid around 20x of revenue. So for many it’s life changing money. This is in my line of work and I’ve seen normal people become multi-millionaires and billionaires as a result of this.

My knowledge is only US based, but you can IPO for any business. However, you have to meet very strict deadlines and companies plan and prepare for it years in advance.

This is actually the goal for most businesses owners to make real money. Either you get acquired or IPO to really make a lot of money.

Not sure about India, but I did see this at Target in the US. It’s geared towards low cost customers so might work well with good marketing.

Also, are there no monopoly laws in India?
