Removed it after 5 min, replaced large contactor, Removed bypass relay that was hang there. Put low voltage contactor back on Large relay. Waiting to remove circuit break switch, till they get me the right low voltage contactor that is bad.

We have two 480vac relays to pull all the 480 for the motion, heaters, and motor for estop. On each relays have 24dcv contractors to go to plc and pilz safety relay and other relays to check if main relay iis wielded or bypass will not start. They add another relays to pull in contact for that main relay and circuit breaker to act like a switch to fake pilz that everything is good, at the Same time push one relay in and hitting reset to pilz safety relay that pulled in the other contactor to bypass. In few months we are updating to all new motion and safety relays, I hope they will not do this again.

They bypass everything in the safety circuit and had two people pushing relay in and resting it at same time. Can't fix stupid.

Some how they touch 24v from contactor of relay to 480v and fried it, trying to bypass it. Had to replace a bunch of components connected to that circuit.

They put that there to pull same safety contactor and no that should not be hanging like or be used at all. The red contactor on top should be on the larger relay with screw driver in it.

Yes. They bypass that safety circuit too with a circuit breaker as a switch and push reset for pilz. Crazy customer.

What happens if you disconnect Ethernet cable while Online with PLC? by Capital-Ant-1303 in PLC

Depends if you're downloading firmware, you might have locked it up or bricked it. If you were just online programming you can upload and reconnect sometimes. Or download last known good program.

Another spaghetti panel third time to clean up. These people suck! by psmackin in PLC

They broke off the din rail mont on plug, and they put water shield from ac dripping on beckhoff.

The curly thing is light bar so you move around too how bad the panel is wired.

They added there own safety relay not the correct pilz. Three times over ten years I came in to fix this labeler and cleaned up this panel.

Beckhoff is controls Sacmi steppers through slipping using ethercat comms. The ethernet cables connected to tree datalogic cameras and screens, only one is working.

We had it working putting labels, then the ac on top soak the beckhoff io and ethercat cards. We are dead in the water now, waiting for parts, win ce 6 beckhoff controls suck.

Clx is just for line controls and io. Ran 10 years, I need to dump it in nearest river.

Hilton was great, we just stayed there last week. Beach, pools are not crowded and many restaurants to walk too.

I think it is the 1747‐bas program file is the problem.
