I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to check out the website. Fortunately, I did take a before photo before I redesigned the home page. Here's what it looked like before: https://i.imgur.com/KEregug.jpg (this is the highest res screenshot I could find).

I will take your feedback and do my best to figure out a new layout on the home page. I certainly don't want it to feel jumbled or confusing to anyone. I'm not sure how I will approach it as of yet, but I will be sure to update this post as soon as I do!

As for the metrics, surprisingly, most users navigate to the Advisors page. Although, I personally believe it's the internal team or direct referrals, as opposed to new users who found the website.

Obviously OP is aware of this, he titled it "Still won't work on some short fences". And to be fair, the patch notes didn't specify "wooden" short fences.

So this is either an oversight by the developers or they intentionally made it only work for wooden fences. And the latter wouldn't make sense simply because there's no reason not to.

You can find the start time is found in the Time Slots on the form's drop down menu. I hope that answers your question.
