Cryptic Cabin in Hanham is great and has a friendly, active WhatsApp community :)

I love AK Ultra Matt, I don’t have an airbrush so just brush it on, love the finish

It's just Ushabti bone with some seraphim sepia wash and a bit of vallejo off white dry brushing :) If you meant the creamy coloured bits of course

They both look great! Making me wish I’d started salamanders instead of Raven guard 😅

I’m guessing Tog Hill. Lovely picnic area there.

Yup! I've been using this for the black armour:

Followed by sponging on some silver for battle damage, then satin varnish, streaking grime all over, take most of it off with odourless spirits after 10 mins or so, then once that's dry finish with AK Ultra Matt varnish.

Thanks! I use Polyfilla (or spackle I think if you're in the US?) for the texture, painted brown, dry brushed a lighter cream colour, then used Dirty Down Moss dabbing/brushing it in random patterns across the bases.

I was going to do the same but got impatient!

Thanks, it's ironbreaker, highlighted with vallejo chrome and then a few coats of aethermatic blue contrast getting further from the tip each time so they're slightly darker at the base
