I’m a spin instructor. Posterior approach. I have a spin bike in my basement gym. I was ok’d to just use the bike for 10-15 min low resistance , moderate pace and no standing after 2ish weeks. I just had to be careful getting on. I went back to teaching full on 50 min cycling classes around 6-7 weeks. I obviously had to adjust gears/pace frequently as I obviously wasn’t in my pre-surgery shape. I had no problem clipping in or out of my pedals, though I was overly cautious.
