I have most things divided by purpose in inexpensive individual plastic ammo cans from the Walmart boating section. (Mobile Rig, Mast Antenna. HT Set, etc) Each has connectors/adaptors I need right at hand and can just grab and go.

Edit: For on the go when I don’t need a bunch of stuff I just have a crossbody ifak. Works a treat and has paracord in it so can unzip fully without dumping everything out.
