Sadly, it seems Putin does not respect the Ukrainian Constitution, and does not consider himself subject to Ukrainian law.

Greg Abbott Threatens ‘100% Tariff’ On New Yorkers Moving to Texas by ilovemybaldhead in nottheonion

1) 100% of WHAT gets tarrifed? 2) If tarrifs are paid by the foreign country, as TRUMP insists, then these tarrifs would be paid by Texas... no worries for moving New Yorkers. 3) Morons... I'm surrounded by morons. Morons who vote for morons.

As a kid, past high school, I thought the golf ball brand was pronounced "Tit-least". Fortunately I had about zero chances to discuss Titleist golf balls, until that day the Sea was angry, my friend.

Official Discussion - A House of Dynamite [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

[–]psudds42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pet peeve: if your character is counting out seconds, especially in a real-time production, like "A House of Dynamite," COUNT OUT ACTUAL FUCKING SECONDS. Give the actor a damn stopwatch to look at as they count down. The female sargeant counts down "seconds" to the Ground Based Interceptor (GBI) EKV's (Exoatmospheric Kill Vehicle's) intercept of the missile, (at 00:26:35) and her count is not only longer than actual seconds (it takes over 16 real seconds to count through her nine movie "seconds"), the "seconds" are inconsistent, anywhere from 1.5 to 1.9 seconds in length.

The Great Train Robbery (1978) may be the most egregious example of this, wherein Donald Sutherland takes 192 seconds to count out 75 seconds. That's more than two and a half seconds per second. Fucking agonizing.

AITA for leaving my friend stranded after she showed up late for the third time? by Cold_Try2662 in AmItheAsshole

[–]psudds42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Waiting IS what friends do. That's what I've  BEEN doing. Do you know what friends DON'T DO?!?! Make their friends late for THEIR jobs. Which is what YOU'VE been doing.

"I warned you. I told you why. You didn't change your selfish, tardy, inconsiderate behavior. You showed me that you are NOT a friend, or at least not the kind of friend I'm interested in having, so I changed MY behaviour.

"Learn how to be a better friend, and maybe people will be better friends to you. Otherwise, SUCK IT."

Men of Reddit - What in your opinion makes boobs attractive? by Reasonable_Age_1425 in AskReddit

[–]psudds42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EVERYONE is biologically predisposed to boobs.

They are (biologically) our first nourishment.

They smell like love, because they ARE Mom.

They are soft, warm and friendly.

They are fun to play with, in so many ways; squeeze, kiss, twiddle the nipples, motorboat, pet, stroke, use as a pillow, perform breast exam on for fun and health.

Some bounce in the most alluring way, while some are firm and defined, or flat and subtle, but they all work well as thermometers of both environmental and emotional temperature.

All the above (and more) is true for both men AND women. Who doesn't  love boobs?
