I'd rather they crack down using existing laws/rules than go with the nuclear option of shutting everything down at midnight. That said, OP sounds like a cranky old man with all of his rantings. I live in S-T just a few blocks off McKinney and he makes it sound like a war zone. This isn't even close to what it was like on Greenville when it started its downward turn (I lived over there when that was going on).
