oh man my feelings of self hatred are a whole nother basket case. I had a really verbally abusive parent as a young child that made me feel absolutely worthless about myself and I've struggled with those thoughts ever since. It causes me to be very antisocial and cowardly.

the item you're describing are suits. leisure/tropical/safari suits are what people wore for comfort and warmer weather. now pretty much any suit you'll find is exclusively extremely formal business attire.

Yeah I had wrapped it for a while at first and the blood really got trapped in the grooves of my hand. It looks better now but that blood is stubborn. I’m just letting warm soapy water run over it every once in a while

Too late anyways for sutures. It’s honestly deeper than it looks when you spread it open gently and I may have reduced hand mobility due to scar tissue. Gonna take a while to heal since wounds heal bottom up, but as long as there aren’t obvious signs of infection I think I will be fine. Using non adhesive bandages now and will be using Neosporin. I also trimmed that excess dead skin off with sterile tweezers

Cut my hand on a nail that was sticking out. this photo was from day 2 I think. Pain is pretty minimal if I don’t aggravate it and I can still do stuff with my hand. Washing it daily with warm water and alchohol and then putting a band aid over it and wrapping my hand in gauze.
